From all accounts, his parents want him at LSU.

How do you know. I've been told his mom wants him to go to Bama.

He's been to LSU about ten times more than he's been to Bama

Because he lives 15 minutes from LSU, not 7 hours like Tuscaloosa

He's paying lip service to Bama

The last few times this hasn't worked out well for LSU.

Who did we lose that we thought was just giving "lip service" to other teams?

i would guess that if he has all that Lsu background living in BR and is still undecided he is not going to Lsu. Though i can't see how judging from the success of Lsu DB recently he would make that choice, but such is life.

Is that because of that super-secret anti-LSU Geismar community you were swearing exists a few months ago?

Which will have a lot to do with where he signs.

Who paco??

Btw, I'm sure watching LSU DBs win awards last night MIGHT help with him I'd imagine.

Who really knows with these kids anymore. One reason could be that we are deep in the secondary although I don't think there's any way a talent like Landon is kept off the field from day one. What LSU has going for them is proximity to home and Eric Reid.

eta: Watching LSU have DBs drafted in the top 10 in back to back years should open his eyes as well.

He isn't undecided. He's just wants to announce it at the Under Armor All-star game.

He has known where he wants to go for awhile now...he just made a commitment to do it at the game.

Nothing wrong with that.

And I knew Lee would contribute to this thread. So tell me Lee, who did LSU lose recently that was doing that? Because it sure as hell wasn't Devall, who never really showed interest in LSU to begin with.

Tigernation will be disappointed unfortunately

The point of the thread is that Tigernation should not be disappointed. He is a great safety but there will be others next year and the year after. Recruiting is cyclical and one player will not ever make or break a program. Wish the kid the best whether he is a Bayou Bengal or Gump.
