Yep. As JJ has said, we need a new recruiter in NLA and I'm glad brick is doing it instead of stud. But the way the staff went about NLA was poor.

Or maybe our strategy is flawed... Something happened... 7 days ago Memphis was sure that Hootie was coming to LSU and now he's going to Bama... To lose a lineman, ok... But to lose a DB is a different story (We are DBU, right?)

and how do we really know that 7 days ago Hootie was really coming to LSU?
We make fun of some of the pay site guys and James Smith at the TP but none of them ever had Hootie as any sort of lock or even commitment to LSU. We were clinging to what two posters on here said.

From talking to people that know Ed Paris, Tony, and Jamal well. As well as multiple alumni that deal with recruiting, Adams has a very high interest in LSU. I'd be shocked if he doesn't end up in this class, he really should be talked about more. His father is the key to his recruitment.

It was a painful lesson to learn losing CRob and possibly Hootie to learn Stud should not have been the recruiter for that area. LSU learning the answer the hard way I'm afraid.

my comment wasn't towards her, but to those suggesting that someone was to "blame" for this. It's quite possible she was expecting something that just wasn't there, or expecting a level of attention that was unwarranted or not possible.
