If go power spread (which is QB run heavy) he's got a shot (along with Scott).

McMillan is "uber" talented. More than you know. In a dual threat spread, he is there too. Less power spread, more traditional off tackle zone read and true spread.

If a freshman starts for this team we're up shite creek without the paddle.

McMillan is the worst QB on roster during warm ups. The student workers throw a more accurate ball to an unguarded receiver

Apparently Coach O recognized the huge mistake he made a few weeks back when he said they only wanted pro-style QBs. Now all of a sudden today he's changed his tune and says he wants dual-threat QBs who can run and pass. Gotta admit, a Narcisse/Guice backfield is downright scary.

My firm belief is that under the lights people respond differently. The few times I watched him I was impressed with his ability to move around, I wonder what this kid would look like in action.

If Lowell is able to play, I think he is more a grown man than Brennan, but Brennan is the true future. Both, Lowell and Brennan will play QB. If Brennan beats him out their freshman year would be amazing since Lowell's main advantage is his physical size. The only thing that Lowell has to do is show he can learn the playbook quickly and show his leadership and Football IQ.

I would say Brennan is my favorite, but when it comes down to it I want the best QB for the job. It is possible that next year may be Brandon Harris's with Etling finishing up. Harris might be our best chance, especially with Miles gone and Coach O to release him to play instead of be careful with him. I think Harris if given free reign could be as good or better than Deshaun Watson. I know that's high regard, but I think he could be as good or better, but that remains to be seen.

That would be nice but he has shown that he has little pocket awareness. Which also shows me that he doesn't have a good feel for the game. He lacks instincts.
Maybe it's something that he can develop by gaining knowledge of what a defense is doing. But generally speaking it shows that a qb is easily overwhelmed by what he is seeing and he doesn't have the instincts or the smarts to figure it out quickly.
