He is a must get. We can not let that kind of talent go out of state.

Maaannnn that kid is amazing! Size and speed with ball skills. His size makes him SEC ready. He reminds me of Eric Reid, except maybe a little more speed.

this kid has to play RB or LB to get the most out of his talents. too much power to be playing in the secondary.

Want! He would immediately fit into the secondary though. Crazy for him not to come to LSU.

Check out the brakes at the bottom on this one.

This kid can't lose. He will be the next big thing at either LSU or Bama. Nice options for an 18 yr old. Hope he goes with the Tigers!

I really don't think I was being too dramatic or anything when I posted this, it's just that I believe Landon to be the most talented player in the state since R. Perrilloux. As great as Pat Peterson was for us, Landon could be even bigger because he is just more physical. This could very well be the guy that carries on and solidifies our tradition of having defensive players in the Heisman conversation, because he could play in all three phases of the game. So he could be every bit as HUGE for the program as Peterson and Mathieu. The fact that he may end up at bama instead of here makes him even more of a necessity. I never imagined LSU could have another player as physically gifted as Peterson for a long time, but this kid is pretty damn close.

How is this guy not a top 5 recruit nationally. He's the real deal. A true Ed Reed clone.

I haven't been following recruiting that much compared to previous years. How do we stand with Collins? I know he's also considering Bama, but how realistic are our chances?
