Not sure if Miller adds something this team doesn't already have between Tyrell Ward and the rest of the guards. If we have any schollys left I would prefer another center for depth and maybe to play alongside KJ.

I would take Shareef over Miller if I could only have 1.
Okayyyyy. You shouldn’t comment on basketball anymore. Asking questions suits your basketball IQ better

We might be ok on bigs.
This gives us 3 x 6'10 guys and 2 x 6'8 guys.
KJ Williams
Jalen Reed
Cornelius Williams
D Fountain
K Coleman
This brings us to 11 players right?
We have 2 open scholarships remaining, correct?

You do realize headed into last year during practices and workouts the staff thought Miller was the best player, or easily the best guard, on the team, right?
If we secure Miller we still should get another guard for 6 total.

You're looking at things from a depth chart perspective.
The only problem with that is Adam Miller is 3 times the player that Shareef is.
You just don't take a massively inferior player to fill out the depth chart.
That being said...I'd love to have Shareef back as well.

Throw the bag at Julian Phillips all hope is not lost yet. He would have to come off the bench at Auburn with Traore and the Morehead St transfer probably starting in front of him.
Dude posted yesterday his finalist and LSU was not on it. This is unlikely.

Does he play TE too haha?

Best case (likely) scenario is take Miller or Sills and call it a day. Eat the 13th scholarship and “self-impose” that as a sanction. You get 13 spots, but most teams only play a rotation of 7-10 guys. 12 players is enough

Last year I watched lots of videos on Miller and was anticipating his play, but then the injury happened. Not to be selfish but I really want to see this kid play for LSU this year. IMO what McCollum is for the Pels I believe Miller could be for the Tigers!!! Hope it happens!

Apparently we made the Top 4 schools for a 7 footer in this year's freshman class. Just posted an hour ago.
7 Footer Shawn Phillips names Top 4
ETA: Apparently Top 5 according to tweet from 13 minutes ago. I am not good at this recruiting thing.
twitter link
More info: 7'0", 250 lbs.
Calls himself "Baby Shaq"
