Still wants to enjoy being an uncommitted recruit, but it's LSU right now. Loves Coach O. That's straight from him and the coach that has been working with him this summer.

I'm not worried Ed Eaux will have these kids playing like All Americans this year. People rave about his recruiting, but purely from a DL perspective, he's one of the best coaches as well. His resume says it. Ask the best DL from last years draft. Ed was a major part of his success and I think our current guys are stoked to have such a good coach purely as their DL guy.

people just need to stop panicking about this dude.

the more people say Bama, the more I think they want him to go to bama, just to be proven right.

They're the worst kind of people. They can't be happy when things are going well. Only happy when they have shite to complain about. And they always like to talk about how smart they are when one of their 100,000 catastrophic predictions goes how they say.

It's sad. I somewhat understand given our track record in that part of the state, but the wild boyz aren't fricking around. Ed will attract the top talent to LSU regardless of location.

the recruiting in that part of the state is many times decided by handlers . Do we have any handler co-ordinators ? Ala JJ ? it probably would make a difference in "stealing" some of these Louisiana recruits.

From what I've read, the feedback from the coaches and schools up there is VERY positive with the new staff. That's all I really know.

If this class goes the way it's projected, it's going to be absolutely monstrous. Rashard, Fulton, Mullen, potentially Manual, etc.

My fingers are crossed big time for R. Lawrence. With the talent we have now, and any production from Valentine and Ed Alexander, we will be scary at DT in 2016.

Mr. NOLA, you might want to go back and look at the amount of players that played at LSU from "That part of state". LSU lost a couple of players to Bama because of pathetic recruiting efforts there. FYI...West Monroe High School has sent LSU more players since 1995 than any school and Neville and Ruston have sent several as well. LSU is loved in "That part of the state" and is more proof that LSU is Louisiana's football team.

Not sure who that's for, but I meant to specify recent years.

Despite what people think the people in Monroe that are involved in recruiting and representing pro-athletes are very much pro-lsu. Ultimately, there are a lot of people that get involved in these high profile recruits and that involvement crosses state lines.

You know how I know that you don't following recruiting closely...

He's been consistent in his posting for sure in saying that he feels good about LSU.
