Yep. We need to add staff members. But it needs to be football people too not just interns. Bama roped Phil Savage (former NFL GM & current Senior bowl coordinator). Savage does the games in radio but I have read that he helps to evaluate high school talent as well. We need people who can identify talent. High school coaches and former NFL people.

or at least staffers do, but they typically parse through all the video and put the best stuff on their DV Sport system for the coaches to use.

Go check out Jimmys retweets, or Keith Niebuhr, or any of the high profile 247 or scout guys. They retweet kids and their highlights all the time. They build relationships with these kids, just like coaches do, and put their names out there for recruiting services to rank them and for schools to notice them.

This is true, because it's also true that schools do actually use recruiting services to find players and information.

And to hopefully get information about their recruitment from them so that people will pay for access to that information. A symbiotic relationship.
