I 100% agree. I was simply stating that it'll keep you around top 25 at worst most years and there is no one guy, as an assistant, capable of keeping everyone. The head coach needs to build the connections and Wade will.

Yea, it seems that Wade will be the kind of guy who can make connections out of state and bring in some talent. IDK if it's just me or not, but it seemed like the team chemistry with Jones as head coach was like a mixed bag of candy. Like, there was talent but none that really complimented the other's. There never seemed to be that one common threat that connected the personalities. Well, I say there was talent, who really know's. It just seemed the players didn't compliment each other on the court the way a team should. I really think Wade will do great things at LSU. The LSU basketball program has lacked something since Dale left. Personality, I guess. We all know Dale def did have personality.
