Agreed!

I posted before, I know a lot of people at live oak and he’s not dominating inferior talent. Is he good? Yes. Dominant? No

This is 100% true! We played them this season and he didn't make one play.

So you know firsthand, exactly what I’m saying.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he drops to a 3* player, not that I am a stargazer but Lee isn’t a program changer like some are making him out to be.

Remember turning away Goodrich because we had Surtain in the bag? O led that decision. He's not infallible. Do I trust him, yes but he's not above mistakes

He had 1 good game this year against Zachary when he 2 sacks and 3 TFL's. Other than that he didn't do anything that made me believe he was SEC caliber.

Yes they are!! I honestly think it is still people just needing a reason to bash Coach O. Nothing else to talk bad about him about so they go with this. He has proven time and time again that he has been right but people just dont get it.

I hope Jalen Lee turns out to be great where ever he goes. But I can guarantee you that the people we are making room for are needed and/or will be just as good if not better.

It’s almost as if CEO can’t win....If we only recruited and offered 25 players total at different positions and miss on a few the na sayers are up in arms about missing on other great players.

If CEO cast the net broader but than needs to say no to a few that want in from LA, again many are up in arms.

Recruiting is fluid. If anything CEO seems like a very genuine person and my guess is he is transparent throughout the process. IMO that is all you can ask from both parties during this “process” of players and schools courting one another. Transparency, so nobody is caught off guard at the 12th hour.

Also, to think it is just one in one out is naive. There are so many factors, position, relationship with potential targets, years of eligibility, etc. for who needs to look elsewhere.

I for one think CEO’s vision for the future has played out well and I will give him the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.

I agree 110%, where have these so called die hard fans been ,this happens every year at some point in every recruiting season, but most notably in the last 2months before signing date ,Feb. Back in the day and now the earlier Dec. Early signing day and it will continue for the forseable future or as long as commitment's are none binding and accepting one is none binding then these things may be fluid

I wish it would have worked out for Jalen but I understand why Coach O made this decision after watching him play multiple times.

I hope Jalen has a fantastic college and maybe even pro career as he seems to be a very good character kid.

I wish him the best!

Because he’s not going to LSU. He’s going to turn into this year’s Slade Bolden by all of the morons on this board who keep repeating how great he is, even though they’ve never seen his film, until we never hear his name again. The yearly recruiting board cycle for the last 3 or so years

I understand that some folks may get a lil offended with the underbelly of this jugggernaut, big time SEC college football but their in lies the delema for one to ponder, we as fans & consumers of LSU athletics the buyers of the LSU the brand , LSU the product, have expectations to compete at the highest level and contend for sec/ national playoffs year in and year out and with those expectations comes consequences to those who have the responsibilities of completing this task and keeping this money machine rolling. Their jobs are to produce the winning results by any means necessary WITHIN THE BY-LAWS&LAWS of the NCAA with some type of moral integrety and that becomes the task of every program that has those goals & aspirations of CONTINUED SUCSESS & proffit margin , and that's just basic facts so when you put it all in perspective it's not really hard to understand that inevitably all this recruiting competitivenes etc will lead to 17&18yr old high school de-commits ,re affirming commitments ,schools Flipping commits , last minute offers to a kid late that may have not gotten an offer with out another kid somewhere that left LSU at the Alter, or fliped to another rival school on the eve of signing day ,Telling some kids late that they may have to part ways or not accepting a kids commitment ,all of this happens on a yearly basis at every school but this is a result of the expectations we have for the program and wanting to buy a winning product. Like my little league coach when he asked me this 42 years ago ,He Said I got one question ,Does it feel good to win ? To be a winner , to be the best ,Does it make you feel good inside ? Well there's ramifications and consequences for our thirst for victory , for every winner there is a loser for every win there is a lose ,and a winning attitude starts and ends with THE CEO, and just like the CEO of a fortune 500 company to maintain continued success there are many decisions that have to be made that are tough and even unfair and may offend folks but it has to be done and the most respected winningest coaches nowadays with recruiting limitations etc. Will continue to make these decisions and the ones who navigate this CFB landscape will be compensated very nicely and you who have the opinion of ,"this is not fair", and "oh no not a local kid ",even though the recruiting experts say the other kid is rated much higher with NFL1st round ability/upside that some believe is ,dare I say ,a silent commit and even if it's Webb or another top rated DL 5*recruit they feel better about ,whatever the reason ,it's the coaches decision if he wants to compete and be successful and keep the train rolling or get to the top they
