Divinity and Thornton stying outside. Alexander, white, vorhies, and rice inside for next year, per an interview aranda gave this week.

Divinity staying outside is silly

Aranda said something along the lines of vorhies will make some plays next year.

My cousin is his Trainer. He said Queen would make a great safety. He also coaches Eps Blaze 7on7 team he was on. Lb it is though.

Queen is simply a damn strong football player whereever...but Aranda sees him as an outside LB, in the vein of Thompson who will be the starter next year

He's not quite fast enough to be a safety in the sec and has some room to bulk up. This will make him a fast and big linebacker, where his money will be made. If he wants to play in the NFL, it's at linebacker.

I can't see him getting any bigger than 230ish. He is a beast though.

That's the "for now" response. Voorhies? Come on man, did the dude get a snap at all this year at LB?

To be fair, did anyone on this board see Duke Riley having the season he did?

It would be pretty dumb to have Divinity on the bench. Thompson should start at the F spot, but that spot isn't on the field much since we go nickle a lot. If Divinity is the backup at that spot that is already hardly on the field it would be a waste of one of our most talented LBers and one of our only LBers with the size to match up with the Bama's of the world, IMO

Gotta find a way to get him on the field and in my eyes starting along side White would be the best place

That's why moving Divinity inside is a no brainer. He is too talented to barely be on the field (F linebacker). Will be 235-240 next season

I mean, I'll probably just go ahead and buy in on Aranda's opinion on what position these guys should play instead of y'alls opinion. You know, the guy who gets paid millions of dollars to make these decisions and sees these guys every practice...
