I'm older and I seem to remember Harvey Williams did this years ago with us and Texas A&M. We got him signing day in a surprise too.

This. The fact that Haskins has stuck with Maryland for so long when he could go just about anywhere he wants to for college amazes me

I would rather a cocky quarterback than an unsure of his abilities.
I have always been excited about Franks potential.. but to me he's always been a guy that will take a couple of years
Haskins impresses me more for the nearer future, and Franks for a ways away,.. but is he even willing to wait?
