Very probable. Especially if he takes 2 or more visits before the next update.

It's all good folks, the kids loves LSU. A lot of major kids don't allow committed athletes to visit their campus. He has earned to right to visit other schools and enjoy the process. I don't think there is anything to worry about. Running backs know LSU is the best place for them.

Marriage is a contract, a football commitment is not, on the recruit's or the university's behalf. The university can fail to honor the commitment (i.e. offer a greyshirt, stop contact).

So it is more like being on the Bachelor with many beautiful sexy suitors and your high school sweetheart among them. You tell her honey I love you, but we are young and I would like to make certain before I marry you and make that long term commitment. Of course you have the advantage because I already know you, already love and trust you. I do not know the other suitors. I realize the others are in it for their own agendas which might not best for mine. I know you love me for me and not the fame. But how can I know for sure if I didn't have this experience.

It is a great opportunity to get to live in a mansion and be wined and dined during the process. Then at the end, my commitment to you is reinforced. It makes our relationship even stronger versus me wondering if I made the right choice.

And to add to your point, injuries happen as well. We have been very lucky the last few years avoiding injuries.

Yes, agree that Ducre is a better fit at fullback.

Also, do most of you posters on this thread believe that LSU will ultimately sign both Guice and Nick Brosette?

The Tigers always seem to have solid depth at RB.

Its not like we only use 1 RB.

LF is our RB1, but we use the other RBs a lot as well. And Guice is the perfect back to complement LF / DWill running style with. We really need to get Guice.

We also don't run our backs into the dirt in college because of that. RBs have to worry a lot about wear and tear. Talent will shine through even in a crowded backfield. Look at how many of our guys who didn't get a tone of run at LSU ended up playing in the NFL. Our depth didn't hurt Jeremy Hill.

Reopening after already committing is still frustrating. Just commit when you're ready.

Committed players take visits all of the time...not just lsu commits, it happens everywhere.

I'm also aware of the "he's just trolling" blah blah that people say on here all of the time.

Fact is that he told Frank what he was doing and asked permission first. If Frank would have told him no then he wouldn't visit anywhere.

I bet your wife would love to hear you compare your marriage to recruiting 16 year olds...

If you are committed, why "reopen" or "make sure"?

I am sure his girlfriend would doubt his "commitment" if he decided to let four other girls, who have shown great interest in him, take him out on four fantastic dates.

I bet Guice is laughing his arse off at everyone overreacting over this. He'll be a Tiger when it's all said and done.

Said about every single de-commit/wavering prospect every single year.
