Based on this write up, he sounds like Roddy White. Especially this passage:

He gives great shoulder fakes, will rise high in his stride at times to confuse defenders; he has a ton of tricks up his sleeve. While those traits are certainly intriguing and extremely beneficial to his game, it is his ability to locate, track and adjust to balls in flight that is most impressive. His body control is tremendous, often contorting his body in ways that very few can to make a play, and his long arms and great hands make for an elite catch radius.
