Interesting that Jimmy Detail left Malachi off of his list of WRs that LSU is pursuing.

I'm thinking that's one of those "if you're reading this you already know about Dupre" type of omissions.

Or just a dumb oversight.

Message Why didn't he just commit to lsu then?
Because LSU has to convince him that we don't want him as a TE. A&M keeps telling him that we won't let him play wideout.

And I like how Holland does a much better job of catching the ball with his hands.

Also,

Anyone with an update on Clark and how firm his commitment is?

Okay, umm, is this Holland guy just very awful outside of his highlights? I understand it's his first year, but he looks like he's played the position his whole life.

Not saying he plays like him, but I see a Jordan Matthews-esque career. Lowly rated as a recruit but then people wonder why their team didn't go after him as he torches them

Seriously, this kid just has to be god awful outside of these highlights. The way he finds open spots in the defense isn't something you see from a guy playing his first year of football

Found another article and it sounds like he was a backup TE and only had two receptions as a junior.

Holland is more similar to Kevin Spears from holy cross, which is not what we need right now. We need a quick inside receiver and Rushing fits that mold perfectly. No way Holland is faster or quicker than Rushing, even though his film looks pretty damn good. You have to look at the level of competition he's playing against. Rushing led south florida in td receptions, which is much greater competition than ashburn, va. Those dbs in Holland's film are not the same caliber. Holland may be better on the defensive side of the ball.

I'd still take him...He's an athlete offer for sure. LB/DE hybrid...No Young, then get this kid. Look at his highlights, kid reads plays and gets turnovers. He likes contact and has good wingspan, could be a beast DE, too...But sub 4.5 speed is ridiculous at his size...
