Not apples to apples. Phillips had enough sack to call Stoops and tell him like a man he was flipping, amd gave them ample time for a backup plan. Fowler didn't tell anyone shite, wouldn't answer the coaches calls, amd signed with Texas.

To be fair, there is a difference between flipping and leading teams on or pulling signing day stunts
