Yeah I think he will go to Mizzou. After they missed on Wingo I believed they might have up the bag for him.

Over the years I have learned that if someone wants to be a tiger, they will commit. 90% of the time a guy is a tiger lean but doesn't commit, they end up somewhere else.

Actions speak louder than words.

I know if was a 5 star or anything where schools were recruiting me. Even if I knew I was a Tiger, I would still go enjoy visiting other schools and get treated like a king. Once in a lifetime opportunity for Guys. Also rumors schools paying 5k to come visit

I'd love for the kid to pick LSU but the facts are that if a guy is a lean but never pulls the trigger its for a reason.

Also You can go on visits as a commit so thats a dumb reason to hold off.

I have issues with our recruiting and am not a big fan of BK, I think most people can see that. I will always root for LSU to be good, and would love to be wrong about BK

I hear you on BK, but I would like to pose a question to you.

What coach do you think would have been able to meet or exceed the results Kelly has had so far ?

I'm talking the whole job. From keeping that first class together, then putting together last year's class, which I think most people would agree was a fantastic class, with the 24 class also being very good (and could be considered incredible if we get some of these flips we're in on along with the final rankings of the 24 players) the play on the field and winning the West in his first year and competing for it until the Bama game, the growth of the offense, and also the bad too with the defensive struggles.

Taken in its totality, who do you think could have as good or better results ?

Counter argument: The VAST majority of these kids won't see NFL money, no matter how good a recruit they are. The NFL will find you at a Division 3 school if you are good. Get as much money as you can because tomorrow won't be promised

Counter with context

If he commits to Colorado for money, he better start as a freshman, because after that, Shedeur is gone. Then Colorado will REALLY suck. Then you have to transfer , year 2 in a new system with no experience and only a portion of that NIL because it got yanked once you left.

What? Dude, tons of guys have been LSU leans for a while but still waited to pull the trigger. For example, we've had TONS of signing-day commitments that weren't surprises at all. Off the top of my head, the guy who comes to mind as someone who was always considered an LSU lean but still waited quite a while to commit--took all his visits, etc--was maason smith. In the last cycle, Toviano was considered heavy LSU for a while before announcing. Chris Hilton and Brian thomas were both that way too if i remember correctly. I'm sure there are others i'm forgetting but those are just a few guys whose recruitments stick out in my mind.

I don't understand how this board can upvote this comment but also upvote comments shitting on a kid when he decommits, like "wow, do these kids even know what COMMITMENT means? what's even the point, if you're not locked in?" You can't have it both ways.

And will Prime even be there long-term?

Or will he be the new coach at aTm or UCLA?

I always hope that recruits don't ever read this board or the Rant.

The way some people talk about these youngsters is embarrassing.

You can believe that a recruit isn't the caliber athlete that would be successful without having to bad mouth them, and you can be upset with a recruit not choosing to come here without diminishing that athlete or badmouthing them.

The anonymous nature of the internet does nothing for people's courtesies.

That is just not true. Half the guys in our classes were “Tiger Leans” who eventually committed. If committing means that they fall in your first category, then the real percentage for your second category is 100% not 90%, because if they never commit they obviously end somewhere else.

I love how he throws me a downvote, but completely avoids the question. That's because he doesn't have an answer.

Colorado’s offer is not much bigger than ours. He doesn’t want to be that far from family. If a team were to come up from under us with a fat offer, it would be A&M

0891, c'mon man, Colorado already sucks balls.

The Prime hype machine has ground to a halt as the season progressed...

I think he sticks with A&M class. I think he visited CU out of respect to Coach Prime coming to watch him play.

Those types never do have an answer for a direct question.

They just want to bitch.
