Is Dennis Johnson like a linebacker savant or something? I'm struggling to see how he has been a plus in getting linebackers to come here.

Looking around on 247/Scout/Rivals, noticed these two guys w/ offers. Both three stars.

Nick Smith from Orlando. And a guy we offered way back when, Akileis Leroy from GA. Any info on either?

Why do NO linebackers want to play here besides converted running backs and safety's!!!!

I find it very perplexing that with LSU's obvious need for LB's and a great DC in Aranda who knows his stuff when it comes to coaching LB's, we don't have three of these guys locked up by now. The only thing I can think is that maybe it's the lingering effect of the coaching transition and they got on these guys too late. But it still seems to me that any LB worth his salt would love to play for Coach Aranda. I don't get it at all.
