Auburn attempted 7, as in 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, passes against Tennessee for 35 yards. LSU is about to have 2 WRs drafted in the top 2 rounds. You tell me what seems more appealing.
How many passes did they attempt against LSU? Miss St? C'mon, you're the smart one on this thread, do some fact checking.
When you can pretty much run at will against an opponent, no need to throw. What they have rushing against UT...400 yds? 500? But Malzahn's never afraid to pitch it around. If you've followed CFB, you'll know this about him.
What seems more appealing to this particular kid? Like you, I have no fricking idea. But it sounds like he's headed to Auburn.

Even when Cam was there he put up good passing stats but he didn't light up any certain receiver and none of them went on to do anything.
I think Malzahn can sell the kid on the notion that he'll get touches. They threw the ball like crazy at Tulsa so he can easily sell his commitment to the pass if it'll get Williams to sign.
Not disagreeing with any of this but Gus is a pretty slick recruiter and he's had some pretty explosive offenses.

Recruiting Board just needs to step up and tell Quille we will have 2 members on bodyguard duty 24/7 for him.

quille will be icing on the cake for sure. LF is the main course, let's not get it twisted.

Still they'll be expecting to come in and play immediately. You don't redshirt those guys. That's a lot of playing time for a offense predicated on the run. Plus Fournette will need lots of touches too.
Who is talking redshirt? It'll be a full blown competition next year.

Having he, Leslie, and Dural for Jennings next year would be great. Not to mention the freshman
Don't forget Spears. Jennings has some real talent to throw to and seeing how Beckham and Landry changed in one offseason makes me really excited for the WR position.

Marshall doesn't throw much at all period. They became a better team when they ran the ball about 90% of the time. He's Taylor Martinez without the turnover problem.

The real question is, and I have not seen anyone answer this in this thread yet, is DQ a take for LSU? In the past month I have read LSU 247 reporters say DQ was not an LSU take because they did not want to hurt their chances with Noll and Dupre. Has this in fact changed? I will hang up now and listen.

anyway you slice it LSU will be stackked at reciever next year.

Sounds like he's checking a box for a relative.
Auburn's pretty appealing for WR w/ limited eligibility...dynamic O, returning QB

LSU needs him more than Fournette in my opinion. For us to be competitive next year, the offense needs playmakers. This Guy is the best football player I've seen in high-school. His production at MGCCC has been insane.
