Can he play in another state? Or a private school?

I apologize for lack of knowledge on the issue. Just wondering if he has any other options?

He would have to be cleared by the other state's sports governing board, which he likely would. His best bet would be a private school, which he could do in the DFW area, but they may not have the money for that. His best options in the area for that would be Bishop Dunne, which sends a lot of players to top colleges, and Prestonwood Christian Academy, recognized much more as a basketball school

I just don't get how it's possible to have your high school career ruined by getting into a fight with the coaches son. Either there is much, much more to this story, or that coach is one hateful mofo. That's not disciplining or punishing a kid, that's wrecking a kid.

Coach's

Getting into a fight with the coaches son was like item number 12 on a 20 items list of his screw ups.

The committee that heard his appeal dismissed it immediately and spent the rest of the meeting counseling him on getting his crap together.

One committee member told him 'if you do three of these twenty or so things on this list at LSU, you won't make it a week."

But keep blaming the coach. (Who by the way was chastised for letting Dee get away with so much in the first place).

Dee also hired the McKinney Pool Party lawyers to come speak on his behalf, and you can probably guess the nice things they had to say about the coach.

The idea that some people are blaming the coach for this is just laughable.

Even more laughable is that some of you actually believe that the fight was the only thing that got this kid dismissed.

But this is the "ME" generation, it's always the authority's fault when a kid screws his life up.
