David Robinson Jr. (Wide Receiver, Kick Returner)
- Class of 2018
- 3.7 GPA, 22 ACT
- 6'4 195 lbs
- 4.58 - 40 Time
- 36.5 - Vertical
- 310 - Squat
Junior Stats (9 Games)
- 54 Receptions, 826 Yards, 11 Tds
- 37 Rushes, 228 Yards
- 13 Kick Returns, 270 Yards
Sophomore Stats
- 25 Receptions, 377 Yards, 4 Tds
I don't usually post CL player's highlights on here because I'm biased, but I have no doubt this kid and our other big 6'4 WR would be major recruits if they didn't play for our abortion of a football program.
He's a gamer, his 3 best games this year were against our toughest competition Hahnville, Thibodaux, Destrehan. Unfortunately he was one of the only ones that showed up. I don't think he's close to finished growing either. I think he ends up 6'6 225-230 lbs and maybe a TE if he fills in weight wise.

Don't know nothing about him, but on name only, I would like to offer him a full ride on our basketball team. No one needs more quality young men more than that team

His tape actually looks pretty good. Is he camping ? Get him in camps this summer, with his size alone he'll turn some heads and have the opportunity to earn offers at camps.

It's not very often I get to see my alma mater on this site.
My Godson will be a Soph this coming year on Central. I'll ask him about David to see if he's actually camping anywhere.

Ironically our other WR is getting interest from Navy. You'd think it would be David because of his name.
David's a good basketball player though, but would be a tweener on the next level at this point. Football is his future.

That's a big problem with CL players, they never go to camps. David and our other WR Poindexter haven't cause they spend their summer playing AAU basketball, but yeah they need to get to some camps for exposure.

He looks extremely comfortable operating in heavy traffic over the middle of the field and tough to bring down.
