Nutt is doing a good job selling him but I think that home state pull is strong as well...

That said, If he comes to campus next weekend then we got him... IF he does...

He's done to Ole Miss with or without an LSU visit. Sorry.

the link is deleted now but his earlier updates from that night were like "i see all of the recruits in the square now and its getting crunk. I guess all of the students aren't back from break yet since its not as hype as normal but its starting to get packed although not as fiya as it has been before."

If he comes to BR, he will go to LSU.

If he doesn't, he'll play on a mediocre team.

Seems like the money was right at Ole Miss. Pulling an Auburn with MSU doing well on the field this year and OM reverting back to Chris Spencer days. Unfortunate. Oh well, Nutt won't be there much longer and they'll hire another directional guy that will lead them to mediocrity, a place they strive for on good years.

That's fine.

I wouldn't fault him for wanting to shine on a shite team. Nobody to steal his spotlight. . .like Pat Willis.

You would think these kids would want to win championships, though. . .

Coach Nuttsack won't even be the coach in a year or two. He took over Ed Orgeron's talent pool and won big at first, but each successive year has gotten worse. Rebs will be hiring a new one within 22 months...

You didn't mention a mediocre team. You mentioned a good one and a bad one.

Yeah, it'll be a damn shame if he doesn't visit LSU and really consider the opportunities that he would have here that won't even be feasible at a bottom feeder like Ole Miss.

I really hate to lose this one, guys. Still trying to hold out a little hope, but who knows what goes through these young kids' heads.......and hands.

I had a buddy that just didn't want high school to end, maybe CJ is of the same mindset?

He graduated from HS in 1990 b/c I know a guy who went to HS with him, so I guess Yancy is in his late 30's (37-39 range???)

if a guy visits Ole Miss Yancy labels the guy a lock, I'm not sure how he has any credibility left
