Everyone knows he didn't flip. This isn't some super secret knowledge that only you are privy too. He visited Florida, he didn't flip his commitment. He asked twice because you didn't tell him anything he doesn't already know. He didn't ask "Did he flip" he asked what the deal was, hence the thread title. For some reason, he thinks you have some secret inside info, which you don't.

I really don't know, something like Franks flipping and Ole Miss have a total Meltdown would be something that would have to happen for him to flip to us, even with that it's still a long shot.
I feel like there were bridges burnt when his brother took the Ole Miss job and then he followed him there.

Has Dwayne Haskins given any indication that he may open things up with marylands coaching situation? Obviously main goal and likely outcome is to keep franks.

Not necessarily payroll, or not official one. Whatever they do the compensation most involves unmarked bills in white envelopes for those type of transactions.
