It seems like there's a formula to getting early commitments from big OOS pipelines who can then turn and basically become local recruiters

Even if these guys don't pan out to be big time players like they are thought to be (highly unlikely due to work ethic and attitude), these guys will be great leaders and contribute to a lot of success.
