If we can land Malik to go with Ben, Tone, and Craig, and M&M stay, someone would have to get processed.

You and I both know one of m&m is leaving, and I believe it will be martin. Mickey won't have the draft grade to leave.

Can we take four this go around. Especially four one and dones?

Yes we can. It is sort of a double aged sword. Basketball at LSU has been around 100 years without a national championship. It's time to quit settling for mediocrity. If we do this it will have to work. If not we will be down for several years. If it works, it will be easier to get top flight next class.

We will have to do well enough to continue to attract the best players to fill the one and done holes. To me it is worth the risk.

I'm all about going for the championship and next year will be our best shot since Shaq (based on preseason hype).

I think LSU's success on the court this year has given Coach Jones some credibility. If we're able to make the tournament, I think it puts LSU in a different light than in the past.

dboyback I don't understand it either. Every game I've watched, Johnny has always made good adjustments during the game to get players in the best possible situations to score. There may have been a couple times he was out coached, but not many. Players making bad passes, not playing hard, missing layups, turning the ball over, Johnny can't control these things. If the players played every game this year with intensity and intelligence and made free throw's in crucial moments, I don't think LSU would have more than 3 losses. And putting Gray on the bench to come in for relief was a damn smart move. Maybe he should have made the move earlier, but I'm not sure Patterson was ready to start earlier in the season.

He made the move a week after patterson came back from that concussion. I think he would have done it earlier if he had patterson healthy. Patterson will be a great 4 year player, he has those freshman mistakes but he is consistent.
