We hardly ever recruit in LA, but we offered this guy back in November I believe and he's visiting soon. His film looks pretty good, but he's lacking in the offers department. Apparently he was injured for part of his Junior year? Anybody know if he's D1 worthy?

he is a very good get. My sons team lost to them in quarterfinals and I was very impressed with him. After the game I looked him up and was surprised he didnt have more offers. Only listed at 185 but runs tough.

Thanks. Something just doesn't seem to be adding up for him. I like his film, but worried about the lack of offers

that guy is lightning in a bottle.

I'm not sure the knock on him, but i've seen him perform against some 5A defense.

Very, very, very, fast.

The injury hurt him and set his recruitment back. Film is just starting to hit the coaches. Fast kid.

Makes sense. Seems like he's hesitant to leave the state. Washington had an in home visit with him recently. Do you know if we're favored? I'd hope so seeing that we're his only BCS offer.

the only thing that would work against you guys would be distance. he comes from a great family. i could see him going to you guys. was really hoping he could get an lsu offer but our state for being the size we are is loaded with talent every year and we cant take everybody.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Louisiana is loaded with fast athletic kids and LSU cannot take everybody. This kid can play at the D1 level!

I saw him play against my old high school as a sophomore. He was really fast. He outran everyone on one pass play for seventy plus yards.

Found the box from the game I saw. 76 yard TD pass plus he ran for another TD.

The next year they played again in Shreveport. Looks like this might have been the game he got hurt in his junior year. His 2009-2010 season stats show 61 yards against Farmerville and no more stats until games in November.

I really had forgotten this kid. He was very fast. Some really fast kids chased after him on that TD pass and he outran them all.

Found the video of the game I saw. Watch at around 6:11 when he takes a screen pass and takes off. It's like he kicks into another gear and leaves everyone behind. Youtube
