Ross said the 2 cases are different, so im assuming it's not because of grades

May just want to put the word "yet" in the title.

The issue seems to come from the fact that Miller-McCoy is a complete clusterfrick and is not cooperating with the clearinghouse.

Nothing to do with Anthony's academic capabilities. They just need questions answered that they are having trouble getting answered.

I thought Anthony was LSU's best prospect in last years class. It would be a shame not to see him make it on campus.

If only we had the technology to communicate over large distances in a reasonable amount of time

Why does it always seem like the clearinghouse is in Alaska and uses horseback messengers as its primary means of communication and document transfer

The Declaration of Independence got to King George III faster than some of our players transcripts get to the clearinghouse

I'm a little concerned that both Monroe and Lewis had shoulder surgery this spring plus Big Ed not reporting (plus he had a similar injury), now AA. Don't like it.

Edna Karr actually has a good reputation for educating and developing students.

I think he will make it, but we do have Thornton, who I am very high on. He is a small faster version of Arden Key and will be in the rotation if his summer goes well.

I am so excited about the D overall.

I think this is very smart. He can still play and not lose a year of eligibility. It's a smart move because you have guys like Adams, Jefferson, Thompson, and Battle, however like I said, I can see Monroe playing some but not enough to jump to sophomore status.

Yep get him healthy first then let him loose. Will be a all-american for us soon enough. As for anthony, hes the player im most excited to see in our defense under coach aranda. He will be sacking the shot out of quarterbacks

Anthony just needs to get proof of course work at his highschool which shut down a year and a half ago. It's hard to obtain apparently. That's unfortunate that this is the hold up. We really need Anthony available to play stand up DE in Aranda's system! He will be huge next year

I bet that sucks really working so hard in the classroom in the weight room and on the football field. Doing everything you needed to do as a student athlete, only to have one of your ex schools drag their feet about your transcripts and you not being eligible To start pursuing your dream of playing college football. I really feel bad for the students in cases like this. As a parent of a student athlete if my child was good enough to play at LSU I think I would be threatening to burn the school board down, threatened to sue somebody, anything to watch my child for fill their dream, I couldn't sit around all summer knowing my child did everything the right way to have something like this happen
