we are doing all of that. there's a whole marketing plan that goes along with listing now that includes both 'pre sale' pocket, 'coming soon', then finally general MLS availability.

Wishing I had pulled the trigger a few years ago.
I probably could get a nice little nest egg by cashing out and moving without having done anything special.
