Generic kidney shape 20000g is 65k, no hot tub, Baja ledge and no cool deck you want these add 25k.
I would suggest going salt the cost of chemicals is going through the roof.

If you are going to do it go all the way, it probably a once in a life time experience. If you do it once you won't do it again.

Add another 30 grand to the pool to finish the landscaping minimum and that’s not upgrading what you have now after the pool is put in. They will leave you with moonland and silt fences. Prepare to fix it

I never even went as far as getting a specific quote after I was told around $80,000 (Austin Area). There's a pool in the neighborhood that I haven't used since we moved in in August. Decided I didn't need it

If you’re going gunite, cheapest you’ll get is 40-50k. And that’s like a little 15x25 with no extras

Just had an argument with my neighbor that claims fiberglass pools cost more than a gunite pool that’s the same size. He said they are in higher demand b/c they can be put in quicker so cost more now. I think he’s full of shite.

Sounds like he fell for the sales gimmick and is about to get ripped off for a shitty fiberglass pool.

My new house is almost finished here in Sarasota. 3 more months to go.

Out pool is 12x24 with a 8x8 spa (hot tub). We have a 8 foot water feature (water fall) that will be on the back side and the spa over flows into the pool of course.

A full pool cage and it has nice pavers around it . Salt water with nice controller that can be operated from my phone.

Rapid heater for the hot tub but no heater for the pool itself, we will have to put that in as soon as we move in. Add 4K

$115K for that. Will be 120K with the new pool heater. Insane.

I got one quoted 2 years ago. It was $60K, and that was before any coping or special tile around the top, no heater, etc.
With those items the price was over $80K.

I went with a semi inground, put a stamped concrete deck around 1/2 of it where you could walk up and jump in, sit in the side, etc, and my total was around $26K.
