How much do in ground pools run nowadays?

I think I’ve reached OT baller status. Thinking about an in ground pool. Anyone had one put in recently?

The first rule of being an OT baller is you never ask the price, because you do not have to. When you get the bill you just pay half and make them like it.

If you’re going gunite, cheapest you’ll get is 40-50k. And that’s like a little 15x25 with no extras

Just priced one nothing crazy with an outdoor kitchen everyone of the companies came in around 120-130 K

shite has gone up bigly after covid

I’ve got about 80 to 85k in mine and built it 2 years ago. That’s including drainage, gas work, fire bowls, zoysia grass, gas heater for hot tub/pool, heater chiller for pool, 3 led deck bubblers, led lights, and fully automated. Hot tub is 9x7, Pool is 16x34 and I think sun deck is 8x16 or something like that.

One of my baws owns a pool company

10 years ago his profit margin was 15-20%

Its up to 30-40% now

He had a long waiting list in 2020 so started raising prices to get his list shorter but people gave no fricks and just agreed to his bids.
