It's on the bottom of the page. There are 2 ads. It says "ad choice" in the top right hand corner of the Ad. The last one one was the ad on the bottom playing. You have to click on it to make it stop.
Other ad was not speaking, and just said "ad" in the top corner.

They're the JW Player ads that had gone away some time ago.

You're right. I just right clicked on it and it was said it was an ad for JW Player, with options to purchase or download I think.

No, just now when I clicked on this page, 2 ads, both top and bottom, were both playing with sound, talking over each other. So it seems to be random, and sometimes both are the talking ads.
