Would anyone be interested in some excel tracking tools?

I like to track all of my metrics in excel and look at daily averages over a week period so I've set up a pivot table dashboard to roll everything up.
I have it set up to track daily calories, protein, steps, and weight, but could easily modify the sheet to add more functionality and find somewhere to host it where anyone can grab it.
Open to any input or ideas that any of you may like to see. Wouldn't take me long to set up something for anyone to use.
I've found this to be helpful for me to figure out where I need to make adjustments and figured why not use it as a resource for anyone else that would like to get more useful information.

One thing I do is track my weight in excel and graph it over time. Then I add a trend line so I get a good idea of when I’ll reach my goal weight, or what my weight will be around beach vacation, etc. Has worked pretty well for me
Only other thing I track in excel is my workouts. I found a year calendar online and I highlight the days I worked out, color coded with the program I ran. I have all my workout history in the Strong app but this is kind of a good visual. Use it for planning as well, figuring out when an 8 or 12 week program would end, etc.

I graph with trend lines as well
I don't have enough data in the current iteration of the file to pay much attention to it but it's another good thing to look at
Meaning to implement this as well. For right now I just have a brief description of the lifts/muscle groups work so I can manage rest days and keep on a good rotation.

I have an old one from 2019 that I've shared before. Helped me get to my lowest ever weight and stopped using it and never got back there lol. There's a script to poll MFP for tracking data that is busted now, guessing mfp changed their API.

Looks like I was experimenting with all sorts of macro ranges lol

My main problem with that sheet is it's just way too much
Sometimes you need to simplify things. You're trying to track basic health information, not put a cruise missile through someone's window on the other side of the planet.

Yeah when I geek out I can really geek out lol. But once I got MFP integrated it wasn't bad, I just logged stuff in MFP and had a better view of things.
Nowadays MFP is shite

I’m a CPA and was in mid 30’s in 2014 when I decided to start tracking things in Excel. It started with goal to do as many different things each month. I had always done mostly basketball and weight room to that point with other sports sprinkled in.
The Excel file evolved to add injuries, sickness, intermittent fasting (goal of one 24 hr/month), and stats from basketball leagues.
Current goal is to aim for 10+ different things each month. Weight room and basketball average about 6x/month each with others 1-2 times. Such as Group Ex classes, Volleyball, Disc Golf, Golf, Tennis, Yoga, running hills.
Just realized recently I now have 10 full years in this Excel file.

I find it very easy to use and since I'm at a desk at work, I'd rather view my data on a decent sized monitor instead of looking at some restricted web app on my phone. Having your own file allows the flexibility to track everything that interests you and not worry about what you don't care about.
