Went through a phase where I'd listen to classical music while I lifted. Helped relax my mind and with no lyrics let me focus on what I was doing.

Now it's basically rock/rap. A little 90s pop to mix it up

There are usually kids around for our group so we try to be respectful, and generally use Jock Jams on pandora, but when we're to ourselves it's straight old school hip hop and bad vs evil. I like to be hyped, I feel like it gives me something to focus on.
