I can see that, the yogurt is kind of the butter in this setup. I've definitely done this snack before, sourdough, toasted, buttered with Kerrygold, jam.....magnificent. I'll have to try it yer way.

I may have did it differently, but I've got way too much yogurt protein powder stuff for one piece of sourdough. That's okay, I'll make this my nightly treat until I'm through it all, but in my experience 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt and a scoop of my protein powder (Nutricost unflavored whey isolate - 1 scoop is 1/3 cup) would probably generously cover about 4 slices of sourdough, so my macros for what I ate were different from what the above listed. I used some tart cherry jam.

It is magnificent.

Just use the Greek yogurt, protein powder and some organic/raw honey to sweeten. The bread and jam is worthless and is just going to spike the hell out of your insulin.

Greek yogurt with honey is delicious. I go with peanut butter powder and Greek yogurt a bunch

It’s quick easy and has a good macro profile if you care about such and it also satisfies the sweet cravings. I do 1 cup 2% milk fat with one teaspoon raw honey and one scoop of whey isolate. Tastes like pudding.

My go to snack and really curbs wanting sweets is Rice Krispie treats and peanut butter. I have 2 bars with a total of 36 gram serving of peanut butter spread over the 2 bars. Fits easy in my macros.
