Simple Hotel Gym Workout

I’m not a hardcore lifter. I’m just looking for something simple to do when on the road. My job is going to put me traveling 20 or more weeks a year and we’ve all seen the standard hotel gym. I’ll probably have access to dumbbells 5-60 lbs. Maybe some kettlebells and a machine.
I’m looking for a simple full body workout that I can complete in the hotel gym. I’ll be running a lot as well. Nothing too complicated as I’m a novice in the weight room.
TIA

Simple?
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Kettle bell goblet squats
Kettle bell Romanian deadlifts
Maybe planks and burpees
Would be a solid starting routine then add additional work depending on what equipment is available.

A guy at my old CrossFit gym traveled a fair amount (I do to on a cyclical basis) and he recommended hotel WOD to me.
Never tried it, but workouts are designed to be done in a hotel room or with minimal equipment.

Burpees
X3 bar and bands will fit in a tote bag.

Turn the heat up & rep out push ups & dips in the room.
If it’s not too noisy, put your jams on and run the exit stairs.
Take what the gym gives. Cardio is key on the road.

Buy one of those over the door pull-up bars. They break down next to nothing and you can get ripped using one.

This will probable get a few downvotes on the HFB, but join a Planet Fitness instead of using the hotel. They have better equipment than every hotel I have been to when traveling. Kicker is it is on $20 a month for the black membership and you can cancel whenever.

might get some shite for this but the peloton app has a ton of bodyweight, HIIT, yoga and function strength class that only need 15-40 lb weights (depending on how strong you are)
You might look stupid with airpods and following a video on your phone but whatever.
You don't need the bike to sign of the app

I usually do P90x3 "The Challenge" when in a hotel. It's 30 mins of pushups and pullups, and you'll be exhausted. Or at least I am.

The challenge might be my favorite workout ever. I love doing it. I don't do p90x3 anymore but I still incorporate the challenge into my routine

Just bought some bands with bar and handles on Amazon. Has good reviews and was a great price.
They’ll be coming with me on my ski trip in February and when I go back to Ascension Island in March for the required eight day quarantine.

I also incorporate the Challenge. I abandoned P90x3 years ago, but I always go back to the Challenge for a few weeks every few months.
