That seems like way too much

Do you take that much?

I take 20g. Its crazy good for your heart and cholesterol. Its one of the only sources of omega 3 fatty acids we get.

Im about to switch to DHA/EPA pills though so i get more DHA than EPA unlike normal fish/krill oil pills.

one last thing, you arent really taking in any other source of fats, so its really important on this diet. I have now switched to the get shredded diet(strict keto & low cals) and I am still taking in that 20g. If i was back on the rapid fatloss, i would take the minimum amount which is 10g.

Ok, just came across a bogo at Walgreens for a bottle of 360...I should be good for 72 days

I'm doing 150 grams of protein and 800 calories a day on a straight shake diet so I guess the 10 pills won't hurt

Also, is it better to split the 10 pills over the day or all at once?

I plan on starting RFL next week. Will do a full 6 week run leading up to my cruise as a category 2

What do you guys suggest stocking up on aside from chicken breasts?

ETA:

Chicken breasts
Spinach
Green beans
Fish oil
Already have a few protein powders

What am I missing?

Lean ground turkey
Broccoli
Lean pork tenderloin
Seafood works well (some of it does)

I pretty much run through a ton of the microwaveable steamer bags of veggies. Just be prepared mentally is the best advise I have.

I'm extremely picky when it comes to veggies so I'll likely have to stick to green beans and spinach. Maybe asparagus if that's allowed

Oh and flavor don't forget flavor. This go around I'm on a soy sauce/Asian kick, but I've also done Mexican type chicken with salsa. I don't try to live on straight grilled chicken, you will hate life.

Plain canned salsa is fine? I'm still working on finishing the book. Plan to do that this weekend

Pretty much anything that only has an incidental amount of fat and carbs. Salsa is typically good but read the nutritional information to make sure they didn't throw sugar in there.

Hot sauce is ok, yellow mustard, a small amount of low fat or no fat cheese.

Sugar free jello makes a good snack or desert.

My biggest thing will be being in the heat sometimes. I work in construction

I'll have to ask 777 if I can have a fruit or some simple sugar/Carb if I feel like I'm going to faint

Will have to add Powerade Zero to my list

I would highly suggest mushrooms if you like those. Adds a lot of flavor to any of the dishes. Goes very well with Chicken, Turkey, or Pork Tendeloin sautéed.

Having the same veggies can be brutal. Also, get cauliflower mash potatoes or rice and put some soy sauce or some hot sauce. Really good alternative also.

Nah, hate mushrooms

The salsa I have is 1g sugar per tbsp. I assume that's as low as I'll find? Figured I'd put a bunch of chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour most of the jar over it

Yeah that should be good. Want as low as sugar as possible.

What really worked well for me also was doing grilled kabobs with red/green peppers. You mix in the pork and chicken on that if you wanted.

77g protein per meal if I do 3 meals

Do you weigh your chicken raw? Would be kind of impossible if I cooked it in crockpot
