Definitely breaking your fast. In our great country, FDA allows anything with LESS than 5 calories to be classified as 0 calories.

and that matters why? the whole point of omad is to control calories, period

Some people have an insulin response similar to actual sugar due to the sweetness in zero calorie sweeteners.
