Need advice on training

Have lost 60 lbs since December doing cardio and basically cutting carbs. Now I want to integrate weight training in with my cardio to tone. I have found really good routines on YouTube. My question. Say you work your biceps and triceps how many days rest do they need before another workout? Does this apply to all body segments? Do I do my cardio before or after?

Did you just pick biceps and triceps as an example? I'm wondering because those would be the last muscles I would be worried about in your situation.
Early on I would:
Option A: work chest, back, and shoulder/legs for 4 weeks.
Option B: work same muscle groups above in a full body exercise 3 days a week.
Option C: upper / lower split.
I'm no expert but am an experienced lifter.

If you are just starting out then you don't really need a split routine. You're not going to tax your body enough with the amount of weight you're lifting at first.
I prefer to have 1 rest day between heavy compound exercises. The rest day may still incorporate some weighted conditioning work.
Just expect to have pretty good soreness after the first few workouts. Especially on lower body stuff. This gets better with time. You can still lift when sore. Some people even find that lifting helps.

Go do StrongLifts or the greyskull lp program. Don't try and create your own, you don't know nearly enough to do so.
