Went to the doctor for a yearly checkup and was told I needed to incorporate a multivitamin with iron into my daily routine. Im sure this is told to everyone. As I started looking I realized they have a-lot to choose from. Any of you baws have a good recommendation?

WITH iron? If you are a male that seems rare, as many males are more at risk for iron overload.
Was this based on a test or a general recommendation?

Check out persona.com. I’ve been using it for awhile and love it.

I always insist on taking vitamins only after taking all the right tests. Otherwise, you can only harm yourself. Besides, it is very individual.

Why a multi vitamin when you are unlikely deficient with that many micronutrients unless you just eat like pure shite every day? Better off determine which nutrients you’re routinely deficient with and going from there.

last two post are stupid, dont listen to them. If you take a multi and you have too much of a micro, you just piss it out.
Animal packs are going to be the most complete but are a total pain in the arse and a ton of pills daily.
GNC Mega men or Controlled labs orange triad or BB.com signature multi would be the ones I would suggest.

This was a recommendation made based on blood work being drawn. I am a male and have a decent diet (could be better but is not horrible).

I will look at these. Thanks for the recommendation!

For water soluble, yes. Fat soluble can accumulate.
Only one I’d sorta worry about is Vitamin E, but even then issues are really rare.

Metagenics makes a multivitamin either with or without iron. Their stuff's not cheap though

Please show me where I said someone needs to take a multi?
I just said it's stupid to say they could be a danger to your health, you just pee out any extra.
Do they work...debatable, personally I think you piss out most but they are so damn cheap it's kind of a why not incase you are short somewhere.
Right now I'm on keto and started taking them again because I know it's likely I am deficit somewhere.
But in general I do agree they are mostly worthless.
And I wasn't promoting them, just saying you don't need to waste money on a blood test or worry about them harming your health. It's a God damn multi, it's not gonna harm you, just turn your pee neon.
