Guys like Mike O'Hearn, Jeff Seid, Brad Martyn, Matt Ogus, Steve Cook and so on. I know all of them have to be on stuff but is it possible to look like them while going about it naturally? Or is it just a fool's quest?

Yes difference is, that is their job
If you paid me to work out and eat healthy id look like that too.
The rest of us have lives and work

Mike ohearn is natural. Yes, it's possible but you need elite motivation and willpower.

Some of it has to be genetics. I read Mens Health a lot and they had an article that said only 1 out of 1000 men can actually walk around with abs.

Brad Marty and Steve cook, frick no. Steve cook is under 10% bf at 230 lbs.
Some of the others maybe. Depends on a lot of factors but in general for an average guy of average height 180 lbs at about 7-8% is about the best you can get naturally.

Hes not that lean unless its for a show.
Steve Cook is a genetic freak and a former college football player. He's also always changing his training methods to shock his body.
His modern physique program is the only program ive ever done start to finish and i got great results.

So, what about supplements? Is there anything you'd take that these guys support? I've never given much thought to supplements, honestly.

I don't take shite
Only took pre workout when i was deployed bc the days are so long.
But with supps there is tons of bullshite out there these guys push. Just need to find out what works for you and stick with the trusted companies for the most part.

Btw for those wondering take your height in CEntimeters and subtract 109 and that is about the max weight you can carry at 5-6% bodyfat, a true 5-6% though so close to stage ready before depletion. This is Martin Berkham's formula and it's pretty accurate.
So a 5'11 person would be able to get to about 176 lbs @5% or about 167 lbs of muscle. This formula isn't perfect as some people are able to carry lots of muscle in the legs or back that throw the formula off some. But in general it's a good idea.
So 5'10"-6'0" would be able to carry around 165 to 175 lbs of muscle with 180-182 being absolutely the max and only genetic freaks.
Now those on trt or are willing to get fat as shite like 400 lbssumo wrestlers while hitting a program like D.C. Training the whole time and then take 2 years to cut, would be able to beat this formula. But in general it holds true.

Protein, creatine and aminos pretty much. I mean there are others but food and these are going to be your best bets.

You have to be kidding me
Well atleast I know never ever to take training advice from you. No offense but muscle confusion is made up BS, it's not a legit training principle. Do some reasearch especially on training theory.

Hmm, well I do have all 3 of those already. I usually take BCAA's during workout, creatine beforehand. I'm gonna have to get you to put together a shopping list for me, man.

You don't believe in changing training styles and methods from time to time. At is bare bones thats what it is and helps break through plateaus.
I'm not talking about all those nonsense workouts people were pushing years ago claiming it was muscle confusion.
