Flexibility Recommendations

Hey guys, I’m looking for some recs on a solid full body stretching/flexibility routine.
My biggest issues are my left hammy (easily fixed over time) and shoulder mobility. So anything that will really help loosen the shoulders is especially appreciated.

Not routine oriented, but banded dislocations do wonders for m6 shoulders.

Agile 8 and Limber 11 are great starter mobility routines that are easy to learn.

Personally, Agile 8 plus banded dislocations are all I've ever needed.

Get a band and look up Kelly Starret's MWOD - 5 Way Shoulder.

Also do ROMWOD
