Bodyweight Workout
Came across this today and was wondering if anyone has done something like this or similar. I've been working out over a year, and I'm not trying to get HUGE, just focused on maintaining and defining muscle.

I like when people say this like working out automatically means getting big. Focus on strength training.

Bodyweight training is strength training. you use weighted exercises or leverage to progess.
OP if you just want to be realitivly fit then go ahead and get after it. I am a huge fan of calistenics and gymnastic style workouts. Building the gymnastic body is an amazing program and the best all around body weight program.
