I've been doing 500 sit-ups a day and running.

Gone from 17.5 shirt to 15.5 shirt in one month with diet as well.

I follow Fitness Addict on YouTube. Dude is yoked.

Cut out all sweets and only drink water.

Anything else I can do?

Good diet, and good genes. Also, don't just do regular crunches/sit ups. Mix it up with other type of ab exercises.

I ordered that 10 minute workout from the P90x dude. I do more than 10 minutes - my regular shite plus that, what other ab exercises?

You can try this video I do sometimes. Kicks my arse everytime. Then pick out the excercises you like later on. I also added 2.5 lb ankle weights for extra resistance. Good luck. Keep it up.

Yeah, just stop drinking beer. And soft drinks. Over time results will show. I have the same problem as well. It can be frustrating.

It's calories in vs calories out. Do a TDEE calculator online and see what your body burns a day. Then don't be lazy and track everything you eat. You will lose weight. Obviously eat different macros for different types of results.

That sounds like a high calorie vodka, you sure that's not 86 cals per 1.5 ounces?

You can't spot target fat loss. Usually belly fat is the last fat to go for most men. Sit ups crunches etc. Won't do anything

It's 95% diet. Have to lose weight

Ab wheel worked for me for a while but then it started to hurt my back every time I used it even when I was focused on not hurting it. But, I've always had issues with my lower back, that may just be an issue for me.

There is no exercise that will target this. The saying "Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym" is so true. Nutrition is the key to this. You need to lose over all body fat. The gut area is like the deep end of the pool, last to drain, and first to fill.
