Day 20 today and going strong. Down 10# so far, no noticable drop off in strength. Have noticed a slightly diminshed capacity to do hard cardio, getting tired more quickly than I would normally.
Haven't caved to any cheat meals, despite powering through a 5 day vacation with the family. Outside of straight meat & eggs, I have had on occasion some leafy greens, cheese, and protein shakes mixed with water. The freezer is getting burned through pretty quick but I should have enough to get me through and have some lagniappe left over.
Pissed out of my arse for the first few days but got over that pretty quickly. Outside of that, I haven't found it that difficult to stick to. I won't be strictly adhering to it in the long term, but I think this might reduce my regular consumption of carbs over the long term.

I’m doing it now too. Have in the past as well. I believe it’s one of the best things I’ve done in my “workout” life. After a few days the hunger is gone, the cravings are gone, the bloating disappears and the weight comes down. After 2 weeks my pants fit way better, my abs are coming back, and my energy levels are just fine.
Bottom line is maybe it’s not sustainable, but like fasting, you know it’s there when you need it. The results are just outstanding on every level. I actually cheated and had a coke the other day. Holy cow - that thing ran thru me in about 3 minutes and it was nasty. Suffice it to say, I’m done with sodas and have no cravings for ice cream or sweets.

I’ve been on it since May 15th and am down 39 lbs. Had blood work done last week. My cholesterol was up by about 5 points from 6 months ago, triglycerides were down from 246 to 58, my testosterone went up from 472 to 1040!!! Also, my blood pressure was the lowest that it has been in 19 years according to my doctors records. I’m sure these numbers are a combination of diet, exercise, and the weight loss. I absolutely Love carnivore and have no reason to stop.

Anyone know if those green powder superfood drink mixes are compatible with carnivore diet? What about nuts ? Well, I’m sure these don’t fit pure carnivore, but I don’t see how they could interfere with the benefits of a carnivore diet unless I’m missing something.
Carnivore diet wasn’t really on my radar, but last week I switched to mostly meet - lamb breast, salmon, bacon and eggs, chicken wings,Greek yogurt etc. And a smoothie right after strength workouts -spinach, carrots, banana, frozen fruit blend, peanuts, cacao powder and water. All my pants fit better now and I feel pretty good. And satiated usually.

Last year after I did a 28 day fast, one of the things that stuck around was I had no taste for sodas. I haven’t had a soft drink since March of 22. I’d never been able to go that long without one before.

None of those things will hurt, unless you believe the Paul Saladino's of the world, then those foods would cause inflammation and other problems

I take a greens powder in the mornings and eat sunflower seeds when I'm feeling hungry. I've had a few nuts here and there but not many as you can get carried away and end up eating too many carbs.

Ribeye steak, bacon, eggs, grass fed beef, grass fed whey isolate, grass fed raw cheddar cheese. That’s it.
I throw in half cup organic blueberries twice a day.
