It's really expensive, like $180 for a month for one person

Iron Tribe is nearly identical to Crossfit.

The owner of the BR location is a good dude.

CrossFit is more garage/prison yard setting

Cool. Yeah, I was skeptical at first, but it makes me sweat for an hour and I like it.

Orangetheory

Just opened up in Kingwood and I love it. It's a haven for smokin hot stay-at-home soccer moms.

The sound system alone must have been 25% of their startup costs. Sounds like a club in there.

I love it. It is comparable to crossfire, however the coaching is excellent. The focus is on correct form and quality of the move vs handling weight with bad form.
This is a gym that everyone knows your name, coaches know you, Pre existing conditions and your personal goals.
Yes, it's expensive but classes are groups under 20 and you get personal attention.
