Worked about 250 into my chest and tris workout today. I feel like I'm getting to the point where I need to just rest a few days but I'm so close to 10k.

0 since last update. Shoulder is feeling a little better. Going to keep stretching really well and hopefully hit a couple hundred tomorrow.

My running has improved a lot lately though since I've been hitting it pretty hard.

As a lurker more than a poster, I thought most of y'all were fos prior to this month- now, I'm not so sure. Thanks for the motivation.

Great work. I will cross the half way mark today. Really had slack days between 8/5-12. 500/day from here on exceeds the goal.

Going to challenge some folks here at work for September.

My chest and shoulders are actually pretty sore today. I plan to keep going to see how many total I can get to but I'm gonna take a few days off first.

To everybody else still grinding, keep at it. If I can do it anyone can.
