Wish I could be there. Looks awesome. I bet there some interesting stories that take place in that room. Probably more so with the split and all of them coming back together for the first time this year.

The main course would be a tough choice for me.

Not exaggerating that might be the best Masters dinner menu I've ever seen. I had high expectations for him, and he delivered and then some. Then again, he is blessed in coming from a region of the world with arguably the best cuisine there is; he grew up about an hour from the city with the most Michelin stars per capita - by far - of anywhere in the world.

Hideki's menu is still probably #2. Adam Scott's was great as well.

Tiger's in '98 is still the best menu of all time.

The food looks awesome, and as someone married to a woman from the Basque Country, everything he listed will be very good.

Sergio’s Caldoso de Bogavante is likely the favorite thing I’ve ever seen listed

My one complaint with Rahms and a few others menus is it’s so random. It isn’t really a meal flow. Just a bunch of shite thrown out there.

I think I'm not sophisticated enough to appreciate Rahm's selections. I'd be the dude with a menu like below and snobs would hate me

- Wedge salad with buttermilk vinaigrette (similar to Perry's)
- Bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers stuffed with cream cheese
- 10oz Wagyu Ribeye served with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes
- Blueberry cobbler served with a scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream on top

Was fortunate to spend a week in the Basque Country for work in 2020 and the food in that area is legit. That will be one fantastic meal from appetizer to dessert.

This thread made me look up all the dinners. LINK Rahms is definitely near the top. Hell of a menu.
