Yes on career slam.

If you set the O/U at 10.5, I take the over.

Disclaimer, pga does not do it for me.

I will guess no and wins 6.
2nd masters
2nd open
2nd us open

11 2nd place results including 3 pga losses after finishing tied in reg.
So dramatic.
Last pga loss by one stroke at age 49.

15. He has 3 at 23 years old, you guys really think he only wins 3 more in the next 15 years? Hot take!

I'd say it's more likely that he wins 6 than it is he wins 15.

We're about to go three full years without Rory winning one, and people were asking the same exact same question about him at the end of 2014.

You never know who is going to come along next.

For the record, I think Spieth will win more than 6. However, getting to double digits is a lot to ask. Certainly not a given.

No way he doesn't have some kind of serious injury setback at some point.

Just bc Tiger was fragile and it robbed him of his end of his career doesn't mean Spieth will suffer the same fate

To expect any athlete to not get hurt at some point in their professional career is foolish.

The way he plays once he shuts his mind off and just hits the ball is unreal. You saw it today after the debacle he made of 13. It seemed like he finally got pissed off and said frick this, im not losing this thing.

Serious question...did Palmer or Nicklaus ever get injured? Or did they just play through it? I seem to recall Nicklaus having a bad back, but that might have been later on in his career.

Speith's competition is a lot stiffer than 15-20 years ago.

Double digits is really a lot to ask, but Spieth's mental game is very strong and he grinds out tough rounds so well I wouldn't be surprised if he got 10

I may slightly off on this stat, but I believe today was his 65th round in a major, and his 19th leading or tied for the lead at the end of them.

That's an astounding stat.

Until this year, he had never been in worse than 2nd place at the end of any round at Augusta in 12 rounds.

He has 11 PGA W's including 3 majors at TWENTY THREE

He is the next generational talent. He's already probably among the greatest putters of all time. (Especially outside of 10ft)

Looked like it was going to be McIlroy to take up Tiger's mantle, but he's turining into a Phil type, who just figurered out the majors sooner (Phil is an all-time great, so that isn't a knock)

So, I'll take Yes and the over. Probably 12 career majors for Speith.

Barring major injury or a Tiger-like off-course issue, he should reach about 15 majors. That would be an average of only 1 per year for the next 12 years.

It's being able to win majors at age 35 and beyond that will determine if he can challenge Jack's record.
