I could not pull it off.

I guess if I could make the PGA Tour, and I got paid money to wear them- no, I don’t think I could.

Anyone who gets this pissed off about elastic around the ankle of the pants and waist is just looking for the next thing to bitch about.

Before it was joggers it was something else and after you get used to joggers it will be something else.

You can be old fashioned and not be a curmudgeon.

OP and others had the same thoughts about slim fit pants when they first came around. Swore it would never catch on and nobody with a real dick would wear them. They still dream of these days of great fashion

I can promise you the same about Faux Collar pullovers, athletic golf shoes as opposed to something mr grandfather wore to church.

It's not the pants they don't like it's really just and fashion or behavioral changes in general. If it's different, it must be bad and the person is obviously a dickhead for having a difference in preferences or personal taste.

Remember when everyone freaked out like this about Tyrrell Hatton’s hoodie on the golf course a couple years ago? Nobody cares now.

You’ll get over this too.

EDIT: stupid autocorrect

What made it particularly bad for me was the combo with low socks. Unpopular opinion here, but I hate low socks with long pants.

There’s a happy medium. Joggers shouldn’t be worn on the course in my mind, neither should hooded sweatshirts. But the baggy look of yesteryear was really bad too.

Is it too much to ask for one to wear properly fitted clothing that still respects the traditions of the game? I guess it is nowadays.
