Stout is obviously the best one to ask. But on the email I received, there is a contact name & number for a guy you could ask questions.

Just as they get contracts. Could be 3 or 4 at the same time or it could be 1 and you don't get anything for months.

It's all digital downloads and test builds so no you don't. Sometimes they even cut off the multi player servers as soon as the test is over.
