I really enjoyed both stories but it's The Last of Us for me. Both games have ending scenes that re-contextualize the previous story events but Bioshock Infinite felt very heavy handed and too back loaded when taken as a whole.
I was enjoying The Last of Us's story throughout. I didn't particularly like the Bioshock Infinite narrative until the very end when everything was essentially explained by Elizabeth.

I really thought the gameplay was boring in infinite. I thought the art style was beautiful, but pick up gun>kill wave of enemies>loot>repeat got really old. I'm sure people feel the same way about last of us, but I feel like the combat was much more of a challenge in the last of us and just seemed more fun
